Singing superstar Madonna has taken husband and film director Guy Ritchie, and her two children, Lourdes and Rocco, on holiday to Greece.
The 46 year-old, who showed that she can still wow crowds with her recent performance at the Live8 concert in London earlier this month, is taking time out with her family.
According to reports in the New York Daily News, the couple are spending an incredible £150,000 on their summer holiday.
Madonna is understood to have travelled extensively in Greece, and last year was reported to be contemplating buying a Greek island as a private retreat, as was Hollywood actor Richard Gere.
Greece has increased in popularity in recent years as a tourist destination, helped largely by its successful staging of the Summer Olympics in Athens in 2004.
It boasts excellent weather, many stunning islands to explore, tasty cuisine and enough ancient history to keep even the most studious satisfied.
