Harrison Ford exclaimed "it's good to be back" when he spoke to reporters after returning to Australia's second-city Sydney.
The Hollywood star acknowledged what many people discover every year - that Sydney is one of the most exciting and vibrant cities in the world.
While it is not the official capital, many identify its landmarks as synonymous with the country itself. The landscape of the Sydney Opera House alongside the Harbour Bridge is as much Australia as the kangaroo.
Like any other international city, there is many things to do. More cultured types may be attracted by the city's numerous museums, galleries and theatres. The city houses the Art Gallery of New South Wales, which includes a wide range of indigenous, Asian and Australian art.
But there are few major cities around the world which can boast a huge range of beaches to suit all groups. As well as the famous Bondi beach, families may be attracted to city favourites Bronte and Tiny Tamarama, which are equipped with their own picnic facilities.
Meanwhile nature lovers will enjoy Sydney's southern beaches, such as Burning Palms, Era and Garie, which are surrounded by the country's Royal National Park.
With so much on offer in Sydney, it may be time for you to return to Sydney too.
