Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Obik and his Cheeky Girl partner Gabriella Irimia have been snapped by hotographers kissing during a break in the Canaries.
Dressed in a skimpy bikini and high heels, Romanian lovely Gabriella kissed the politician and later played table tennis with him as she sunned herself at a villa in La Palma.
The 24-year-old member of pop duo Cheeky Girls has been dating the 42-year-old MP since last October and newspaper reports suggest that they could not keep their hand off one another while on holiday at the Hotel Taburiente Playa.
Opik, Lib Dem MP for Montgomeryshire wore green swimming shorts and sandals as he cavorted in the sun with his new love interest.
The island of La Palma in the north-west of the Canaries archipelago, off the north-west African coast, is a place of stunning natural beauty and enjoys year round sunshine.
One of the smaller canaries, La Palma attracts scores of holidaymakers each year to its beaches and mountains.
Opik, Lib Dem spokesman for Wales and Northern Ireland, split with weathergirl Sian Lloyd, 48, last year shortly before he appeared in public with Gabriella. Journalists and commentators have questioned the effect the relationship with the singer of the Cheeky Song (Touch My
