According to Now magazine, the star has agreed to feature on the next series of hit television show, I'm, a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here!
Among those already believed to be involved in the programme are Right Said Fred singer, Richard Fairbrass and Prince Andrew's ex lover Koo Stark, the magazine reports.
Travellers looking to enjoy the great outdoors and perhaps even try some of the 'delicacies' enjoyed by contestants on the reality show can take their own jungle holiday.
Adventurous travellers can head off into the most famous jungle of them all, discovering the Amazon rainforest, with a trip to the beautiful country of Ecuador.
As well as discovering the jungle, visitors to Ecuador can also visit the famous Otavalo market and explore old colonial towns, not to mention relaxing in the natural hot springs.
However, it seems unlikely that Gemma Atkinson or her co-stars will be enjoying quite such an experience on their jungle trip.
