The Umbrella singer turned up at the ceremony in a revealing blue dress that left little to the imagination, shocking guests and causing concern that she could upstage the bride, according to reports.

She then refused to eat the food provided at the wedding and instead tucked into a lunch that she had brought herself.

An unimpressed guest told MediaTakeOut.com: "She brought her own food and wouldn't touch anything else "Our food must not be good enough for a big star like her."

The pop star was promptly asked to leave but caused more trouble by arguing with her mother and aunt before making her exit.

Fortunately for Rihanna, the wedding happened to be held on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, which offers endless opportunities for exploration.

Barbados is part of the Lesser Antilles island chain and its closest neighbours are St Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago, St Lucia and Grenada.

Tourism accounts for almost one half of the island's economy owing to its breathtaking natural surroundings and attractions such as the Barbados Wildlife Reserve and the Folkestone Marine Park.
