The singer is intending to tie the knot in the entertainment capital of the world with her personal assistant Sam Lutfi, according to US magazine Star.
In 2004 Britney and her childhood friend Jason Alexander headed to Nevada's city of lights to get married, but the relationship lasted just 55 hours.
A source close to the pop princess said: "Britney is completely under Sam's spell.
"She pays for his food, his bar and restaurant tabs and his clothing. She takes care of everything."
As well as being a haven for legions of partygoers, who head to the city every year to enjoy shows and gamble, Las Vegas is a magnet for eloping couples hoping to say their vows in one of the city's many chapels.
