While she enjoyed the sun and sand, the actress did not appear to have given in to the temptations of Christmas fare, showing off a trim figure as she strolled along the beach.
Sheridan, 44, and her 54-year-old fiance, singer Michael Bolton, looked as if they had not a care in the world as they swam in the sea and sunbathed on the Caribbean island of St Bart's.
They also demonstrated how they keep in such good shape as they went jogging along the waterfront.
St Bart's is one of the four territories that comprise the French West Indies in the Caribbean.
The island is particularly well known for its luxurious beaches, including the pristine, undeveloped Grand Saline and Colombier beach, which is only accessible by boat or a hike.
Water sports are also popular on St Bart's and are mostly practised on the Grand Cul-de-Sac beach.
