The star, who is thought to be expecting twins, looked in full and glowing health as she arrived at the luxury hotel in the Big Apple with husband Marc Anthony.
There were plenty of other celebrities there to celebrate with J Lo and party the night away, including designer Roberto Cavalli, who gave the mum-to-be the gift of a pink leopard-print cot.
According to Hello magazine, the Out of Sight star is planning plenty of time to spend with her new-born child and recuperate after her pregnancy.
When asked how long she plans to stay off work, she replied: "I don't know. And I like that!"
J Lo chose New York's Gramercy Park hotel for her bash, which is one of the many luxury establishments in the city that never sleeps.
There are not many better places for a party anywhere in the world, with visitors to the Big Apple able to go shopping on Fifth and Madison Avenues, see a show on Broadway or sample some famous New York City pizza.
