Sep 15, 2005, 16:24

As speculation continues over which Hollywood star will play the role of secret agent 007 in the next Bond film, acting legend Sir Roger Moore showed he still has the dashing touch as he holidayed in Dubrovnik.

Sir Roger was accompanied by his wife, Christina Tholstrup, and the pair looked effortlessly elegant as they enjoyed the stunning scenery of the Adriatic, Hello! Magazine reports.

The Croatian coastal town is proving to be a real hit with celebrities of all walks of life - fellow actor John Malkovich, England footballer Rio Ferdinand and supermodel Naomi Campbell have all been seen taking time off there.

The couple had co-ordinated their trip with children's charity work, as they planned to attend a charity music event there.

Highlights of Dubrovnik include the impressive city walls, which are more than two kilometres long, 25 metres high, with 16 towers and spectacular views of the city.

Also, just a 10-minute ferry ride away is the island of Lokrum, a beautiful island with a nature reserve and the remains of a Habsburg fortress.
