Noel Gallagher is apparently selling his Ibiza villa in a bid to escape James Blunt.
The Oasis rocker is unhappy with his £5.5 million holiday home because it is too close to that of the singer's, according to The Sun.
A source said: "Noel has been going to Ibiza every summer for years. But he wants to find a new holiday destination.
"He's fed up of hearing James Blunt rave about Ibiza like he owns the place. It's taken the charm out of it for him so he's put his villa up for sale."
Noel, 40, bought the villa in 1999 for £2.5 million from Tubular Bells creator Mike Oldfield, and it still has some of the original custom-made carpets with the Tubular Bells symbol woven into them.
Noel and long-term girlfriend Sara Macdonald have enjoyed spending most of their summers there ever since, until Blunt bought a neighbouring villa in 2006.
The island of Ibiza has become famous over recent years for being the favoured holiday destination of many celebrities. Many have villas on the island. Ibiza, once infamous for partying and night clubs is trying to change its image. Ibiza is an island blessed with beauty and the reputation it earned was unjustified. Travel away from San Antonio and you will find secluded beaches and pretty villages.
