What happens after I have booked?
When our reservations agent has confirmed your booking you will
be sent by post details of your booking.
These documents will show details of what you have booked, all
the passenger names, the amount you have paid and a full travel
itinerary. When you receive these documents please check all the
information and tell us immediately if any of the information is
incorrect. It is far harder to change any incorrect information
the longer we are unaware of a problem.
Your documents will include an ATOL receipt. This is a legal document
that will be required by the CAA should you need to make a claim
due to financial failure of the tour operator or travel agent.
After you have received your initial documents as described above
your tickets will be sent to you about two weeks before your departure
date.
