How to book a holiday
Once you have found the holiday you are looking for you will need
to check that the holiday is available. You can do this by either
ringing one of our reservations staff on 0870 1999 038 or by e-mailing
the booking or enquiry form in respect of the holiday you have found.
When you call, our reservations team will check availability at
that time and advise you of the booking process.
When you book a flight or holiday it is important that you have
all the passenger names correct. The first name or first initial
of all passengers will be required and these will be read back to
you in the phonetic alphabet before the booking is confirmed. Names
and initials should match those on the passenger's passport. Subsequently,
if an error in the spelling or incorrect initials is discovered
we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed
by the airline or tour operator. Airlines have a very strict policy
on incorrect names on tickets. In some cases it is possible that
you will not be able to travel on a ticket with an incorrect initial
or miss-spelt name and you will be obliged to purchase a new ticket
at your own expense.
Before a flight or holiday booking is confirmed payment will need
to be taken by either credit or debit card. In most cases payment
in full will be required but a deposit is possible in some cases.
Once your booking is confirmed, a written "booking confirmation"
will be sent by post. E-mails can also be sent if requested.
