How and when will my holiday or flight tickets be delivered?

The tour operator or airline will send your holiday or flight tickets to us about 2 to 3 weeks before your departure. Once they arrive in our office they will be checked and sent to you within 2 days of receipt.

If you do not receive your tickets 7 days prior to travel please call our Administration department on 0113 3835909.

When your departure date is close to your date of booking, in some cases where it is not possible for us to arrange for you to collect your tickets from the airport will insist that your tickets are sent by special delivery to guarantee that your tickets arrive in time. In this situation there will a small additional charge for this service.
