How to search for a holiday
Our holiday database contains the holidays of about 30 of the top
UK tour operators. Holidays departing in the next 90 days are all
searchable by date, destination and departure airport. This makes
the database a very powerful search system.
This information is gathered from tour operators on a daily or
more frequent basis. It is gathered using electronic scanning of
the operator's reservation computers and is then updated to our
central database. Therefore the prices and availability were live
at that time but may change or be sold before the data is refreshed.
It is there for possible that the seats you find in the database
are no longer available and you will be offered the nearest available
alternative. This may be at a price higher than the original one.
Additional charges may also be levied when using credit cards for
payment or making late bookings when tickets may have to be provided
at the airport desk for collection.
Once you have found one or more holidays which my be of interest
you will need to call our reservations team for further information
on the accommodation and confirmation of the price. We will be as
helpful as possible in providing details of the holiday over the
telephone.
When you book a flight or holiday it is important that you have
all the passenger names correct. The first name or first initial
of all passengers will be required and these will be read back to
you in the phonetic alphabet before the booking is confirmed. Names
and initials should match those on the passenger's passport. Subsequently,
if an error in the spelling or incorrect initials is discovered
we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed
by the airline or tour operator.
Before a flight or holiday booking is confirmed payment will need
to be taken by either credit or debit card. In most cases payment
in full will be required but a deposit is possible in some cases.
Once your booking is confirmed, a written "booking confirmation"
will be sent by post. E-mails can also be sent if requested.
