What is a Ticket on Departure (TOD)?
If you book your holiday or flight within two weeks of your departure
most tour operators and airlines will not send tickets out because
there will not be enough time to send the tickets to you.
In this situation a ticket on departure (TOD) will be arranged
by us on your behalf. This means that you will need to collect your
tickets from the airport on the day of your departure.
It is a good idea to arrive at the airport about 2.5 hours before
departure to give you time to go to the appropriate desk at the
airport to collect your tickets. Once you have collected your tickets
you will then be able to check in as normal for your flight.
